Overview
Cora is designed for dance studio professionals to plan and optimize recital lineups. This policy defines appropriate use of the platform.
Permitted Use
- Planning and optimizing dance recital lineups
- Managing dancer rosters, dance assignments, and show schedules
- Exporting lineups for use in recital production
- Collaborative planning within your dance studio organization
Prohibited Activities
- Misuse of personal data — Using dancer data for any purpose other than recital planning; sharing data without appropriate authorization
- Entering sensitive data — Do not enter financial information, medical records, contact information for minors, or any data beyond what is needed for lineup planning
- Unauthorized access — Attempting to access accounts or data that does not belong to your organization
- Automated abuse — Scraping, stress testing, or using automated tools to abuse the Service
- Account sharing — Sharing account credentials outside your organization or with individuals who have not agreed to these Terms
- Illegal activity — Any use that violates applicable law, including children's privacy laws (COPPA, GDPR provisions for minors)
- Off-purpose use — Using Cora for anything other than dance studio recital planning
Data Responsibility
As the person entering data into Cora, you are responsible for:
- Having appropriate authority to manage the data you enter
- Complying with any applicable consent requirements from parents or guardians
- Ensuring data accuracy
- Deleting data when it is no longer needed
Enforcement
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination. We take data privacy seriously, especially regarding minor dancers, and will act promptly on any reported violations.
