Terms of Service
Last updated: March 28, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Accounts
You must create an account to use Cora. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity conducted through it.
You may not share account credentials or use the Service on behalf of individuals who have not agreed to these Terms.
3. Your Data
You own the recital data you enter into Cora — dancer information, show schedules, lineups, and configurations. We do not claim ownership of your data.
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to enter personal information about minors (dancer names, ages) into the Service. Do not enter sensitive personal information beyond what is needed for lineup planning.
4. Acceptable Use
Cora is for dance studio recital planning. You may not use the Service for any other purpose or in any way that violates applicable law.
See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
5. Intellectual Property
The Cora platform, software, algorithms, and interface are our intellectual property. You receive a limited license to use the Service. Generated lineups and exported data belong to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." LINEUP OPTIMIZATION IS ALGORITHMIC AND MAY NOT ACCOUNT FOR ALL HUMAN OR ARTISTIC FACTORS. REVIEW ALL GENERATED LINEUPS BEFORE USE IN PRODUCTION RECITALS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
9. Children's Data
Cora is intended for use by dance studio operators and instructors, not directly by children. If you enter data about minor dancers, you represent that you have appropriate authority to do so in your capacity as a studio professional.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Texas.
